This past semester I've been spending a lot of time thinking about the relationship between art and AI, both in relation to this course and to my own artistic practice. I wanted to share some experimental images I've produced by taking pictures of a friend of mine, running them through a crude AI to warp them, and then digitally painting over those results in Procreate. This felt like a very satisfying way to engage with AI as an artist, as it was more collaborative than competitive, and I'm looking forward to producing more.
